“Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord. Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.”
The last couple of weeks have been very exciting; with a big snow storm rolling in mounds of beautiful white flakes all over our property, and below freezing temperatures. On top of it all, we have many expectant ewes ready to lamb, and some over this weekend, have already become mothers to some cute and adorable little lambs that are currently romping on the farm.
Here is little ram, Jack Frost napping in the sun…..just look at those sweet sleepy eyes!
I have so many photos and stories in the works to share with you, dear readers very soon, but couldn’t pass up at least sharing a couple teaser photos for y’all to enjoy while my family and I finish up this lambing season and watch all the beautiful snow that was here, melt into nasty puddles of sludgy mud, as the temperatures slowly warm up again, making for fun memories of mudding and yes puddle jumping too (that is just one thing no one ever grows out of). *grins*
It truly feels like spring is around the corner, and with new life on the farm, I anticipate it with all eagerness!!!
Soli Deo Gloria,
Miss Antoinette Joy
